Mr David Mahon is a consultant gastrointestinal surgeon with a special interest in advanced laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery. He is a consultant surgeon and clinical lead of the Upper GI & Bariatric Department at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust - the first Bariatric Centre of Excellence to be designated outside the United States - and Honorary Lecturer at Bristol University.
